Clay, fools gold, oil paint, acrylic on wood panel
Quite surprised that this is still solid 1 year later. Acrylic, fools gold, clay, oil on wood panel. I made this by dipping clay into mixed paints and then throwing it at the panel.
This is awesome! Have you made any other ones like it? I'm getting more into texture in my paintings & this is really inspiring me to throw things and make more of a mess than my process usually includes.
Hi there Rina! I love to make paintings with thick materials, often things that just build up the canvas three dimensionally. It's nice to go back and forth with making messes and being very refined :)
